The hotel is absolutely charming and lovely with kind staff from Will the restaurant manager. The location is marvellous and unique, at a medium distance from Beach. The bets part that it's close to bars are so a really convenient location and other restaurants and hotels located nearby. The breakfast is fantastic, the room is absolutely gorgeous and tasteful on the ground level. Glad to have a minibar, climate control, and a personal safe❤

The breakfast was marvellous, it offered variety of good food. Location: the hotel was short walk to other beaches and attractions such as the ruins, restaurants or downtown area, louder than Tulum and the Tulum ruins and the main strip of Property-area bars/restaurants. You can find La Fonda Chiquita short walk from the hotel to a have lunch.

We had an incredible stay at El Pez. The staff went above and beyond to make our vacation unforgettable. The beachfront superior room with plunge pool was perfect for our family. The hotel's central location made it convenient to explore Tulum. The concierges, Denisse and Seima, were incredibly helpful in navigating the Sargassum issue and finding beautiful beaches for us. I highly recommend El Pez for a fantastic Tulum experience.

Comfortable and ideal location on the Tulum coast, and 10 minute walk from Sfer ik. And just next door to taxis, construction vehicles, water delivery trucks, pedestrians and tourists on bicycles, other restaurants and fun areas in Tulum, and a sandy beach.

Our family had a fantastic time at the hotel. The location was perfect, right by the sea and close to many restaurants on the strip. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, providing excellent service and recommendations. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom was clean. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the beautiful view from the balcony.
The parking area was very limited, which was a slight inconvenience.

Really enjoyed this clean and beautifully designed place, well-trained staff and brand-new rooms. I was offered a room with relaxing views of the ocean. The hotel's location was unbeatable, near to taxis, construction vehicles, water delivery trucks, pedestrians and tourists on bicycles. And it was a 10-15 minute walk from Sin Yolanda Maricarmen, ate there couple of times.
